Therapist and Group Facilitator

I am one who went through extensive training to become a therapist. Each learning opportunity taught me more about myself as well as how to be with others who were struggling in relationships and with traumas and tangles from their own life experiences. I have never stopped learning.

I am one who for some 50 years have accompanied people through their own inner journeys of loss, pain, fear, grief, discovery and healing.   Clients found space to explore disowned feelings and learned to be less afraid of their feelings. They learned to trust themselves and eventually to weave a new perspective about life.

I am one who offered clients the option of doing group work and eventually held countless retreats, not only for clients, but for anyone seeking personal growth and self awareness.  As I experienced the power of group process as a tool that supported self expression and modeled permission, I expanded into other creative processes in group work, including psychodrama, bioenergetics, sand tray and other methods of self exploration.
